Almost done with year one! :)


Ryan uses the compost that they have been gathering over the last few days to fertilize the garden.


Riya, Ryan, and Kayla have a family breakfast before Kayla goes off to school. And yes, Riya is pregnant. Again.


She has another girl but I forgot to get a picture of her. Her name is Journey.


Ryan calls the adoption agency and asks them to bring out a child the next day.


He then goes upstairs and starts to teach the middle child, Kathleen, to walk.


The next morning Riya's carpool arrives at the same time as the social worker. It's a VERY crowded street!


Olivia joins the family and fits right in. :)


Journey grows up that night.




The Goodrows adopt two cats, Ebony and Honey.


The next morning they adopt Nash.


And Honey grows up into an adorable cat.


Ryan helps the children with their homework since Riya tends to be off at work most of the time.


But he still finds time to be AWESOME and find a treasure chest. He actually found at least two throughout the week.


They adopt a third child, this time a girl named Pamela. Now they have six children to marry off so that Riya can make her LTW and she only has to have three children. And I was able to get even MORE genetic variety in the neighborhood. :)




Kathleen grows up into a child, and then a few days later, Olivia and Kayla grow up into teenagers, although I didn't get a picture of Olivia.

It's also Journey's birthday!


Kayla takes over the telescope. She only has a few more skill points to go in logic and then she can have a job in Science when she grows up.


It's been a while since I've had Riya cook stuff for her bakery, so she makes some berry pie. Hopefully next week she'll go to the bakery again.


This tends to be how the week ends with a lot of the families. ;)
