Hayley Kane

When Hayley turned 18, she realized that she was...different. By the time she was 21, she had tried multiple ways to go back to being a regular sim. She was looking in the newspaper when she saw an advertisement for cheap land in a far off place. She instantly went down to Sim City Bank and closed her bank account, turning her back on her life with $20,000 to her name. She moved out to the land and was surprised to find that her friends had also moved out to the new land with her. The eight of them decided to name the new city Elmberry.



Randall & Sarah Wentworth

When Randall and Sarah met in University, Sarah didn't expect Randall to be a Witch. Then again, he didn't expect to be waylaid by a witch in a back alley of Sim City. Randall met Hayley through the Witch who turned him, and they became fast friends over their shared Witchiness. Sarah still loved Randall, no matter what he may be. When he asked her to move to a blank plot of land with him, she thought he was kidding, but she said yes anyway. Now they live in Elmberry with Hayley and the other sims. Did they make the right decision?



Bridget St. Clair

Bridget has...problems. It all started when her Mad Scientist of a father started to bring his work home with him. Bridget was a normal child when she was younger. But on her fifth birthday, her father accidentally caused her skin to change color. She was brought to hundreds of doctors, both in and out of Sim City. No one knew what to do. As soon as she could, Bridget left her father and her useless mother and moved out on her own. No one would hire her or be seen with her due to her slightly garish skin tone. So when she saw that there was a currently uninhabited plot of land in the forest miles and miles away, she quickly signed up for one of the five plots. She met Hayley at the Town Hall doing the same thing and remembered that Hayley had been the one person in High School who hadn't commented on her skin tone. She just wished no one else would say anything. If they did? They better watch out...



Katherine & Cameron Broughton
(Family/Knowledge & Family/Grilled Cheese)
(Werewolf & Human)

Katherine and Cameron had always been close, ever since they were younger. Sure, they fought occasionally (don't all siblings?), but over all, they got along okay. That was until Katherine was attacked in an alley. Cameron helped her as much as he could, but she had bite marks on her arm and he was no doctor. She healed quickly enough and they thought nothing of it until the full moon. Suddenly, Katherine was all...hairy. Cameron ran out of their apartment screaming and didn't return for a week. In that time, Katherine had considered killing herself because her rock hadn't been there in her time of need. It took a while, but Cameron got used to the idea and helped her hide her secret. But when it started to happen every night, they knew eventually someone would find out. When Cameron's old girlfriend Hayley mentioned that there were two plots of land left in the wilderness she was moving to in a few weeks, the Broughton siblings pooled their money together and bought one plot, deciding to be there for each other.



Vanessa & Brandon Dewitt

Vanessa always knew she was special. Brandon knew it too. When they met in high school, Vanessa took Brandon under her wing, introducing him to all of her popular friends. Brandon quickly grew to like Vanessa and was shattered when she started dating the quarterback. When they went to university, Brandon still lived in Vanessa's shadow, even when Vanessa got engaged to her longtime boyfriend. When Vanessa told her fiance that she was special, he left her and never turned back. Vanessa ran to Brandon for comforting and he asked her to move away with him. As friends of course. He was surprised and excited when she agreed and they bought the final plot of land in Elmberry.
