This is Koda Clearwater and his wife Elisa. They are the newest family to Lightdale and can't wait to expand the population. :) Koda is Pleasure/Grilled Cheese with the LTW to have 50 Dream Dates. He likes Red Heads who wear Make-Up and aren't Fat. Elisa is Fortune/Pleasure and wants to Earn $100,000. She likes Blondes who wear Glasses and don't Stink.


And this is Koda's lovely, but mischievous, sister, Jayden. She is Knowledge/Fortune and wants to Become Chief of Staff. She likes Logical guys with Facial Hair who don't have Full Face Make-Up.

Koda and Elisa get right on the babymaking, while Jayden tries to find a husband of her own.


Jayden invites Kennedy Cox over and asks him on a date.








It was a dream date AND she's pregnant. :)


Koda does some painting, of grilled cheese of course, to get some extra money.

Koda takes a job in Athletic and works on his body skill.


Jayden proposes to Kennedy and he says yes. She asks him to move in and he brings in $12,000.


Jayden got her gold talent badge in Fishing, so she now has a position in Oceanography opened for her. Time to find it, haha.


Kennedy calls and quits his job, in whatever track it was that isn't open.


Kennedy and Jayden then go and seal the deal in the living room.




Elisa gives birth to twin boys, Joshua and Dante.







Their birthday comes a few days later and is interrupted by Jayden giving birth to her twins, Fletcher and Alicen.


Kennedy, Jayden, Fletcher, and Alicen move out and into their own house, because this apartment is lagging so bad with eight sims and all the neighbors. *sigh*


Elisa buys Clearwater Cafe, a small bookstore/cafe that will unlock culinary eventually. I'm still going to count it as a restaurant, since Elisa will be cooking stuff to sell on the lot. And this is my game, so I do what I want. :p




Elisa manages to start a fire, and somehow a fireman came, but I swear there isn't a fire alarm. Maybe the landlord called him? Anyway, Elisa cooks a lot of pies and then sells them at the Cafe, getting it up to rank 10 in about three simdays. I'm so happy :)
