Sunset Valley | Goths | House Spam

I woke up the other day with an odd urge to make over the Goths and their house in Sunset Valley, so I did. And it may or may not have taken me over four hours to get the house to this point... *shifty eyes*

I didn't change much of the outside. I kept it the original floor plan, and the only thing I really changed was windows, fences, and columns, along with darkeing the siding just a bit and adding a different brick to the base of the house. I messed with the "cemetary" a bit, moving one of the graves off of a platform that I got rid of and adding flowers, but it's essentially the same house.

This is the first floor. The front door is...hard to explain from this picture, but it's not the door leading into the kitchen, even though that's the one everyone uses, even though I have the OTHER door set to the front door. Stupid sims. :P

Second floor.

Attic.

Second attic.

The kitchen. The door you see going into the kitchen isn't the front door, even though everyone uses it as the front door. Might as well get rid of it or set it as the front door.

The conservatory (?) stayed the same. I recolored the chess table, changed the chairs at the table and the windows, and added different stairs.

Downstairs bathroom, off of the kitchen.

Dining room, also off of the kitchen. I kind of went with a red/cream theme throughout, with blackish grey wood. If you don't figure out the theme quickly. :P

I kept most of the stuff in the living room, just recolored it. I like the style of the chairs and couches. I want some like them in MY home. :)

Mortimer's room, which I am TOTALLY jealous of. Tardis pattern, FTW.

Mortimer's bathroom.

The TV room that was originally Mortimer's bedroom (I think).

Tiny office. The drapes on the window made me decide to do a red theme because I liked the reddy-orange color so much.

The master bedroom. It's done in black and violet, Gunther and Cornelia's favorite colors. At first I was hesitant to use so much violet, but it actually turned out slightly masculine with all the black. Even if it doesn't look like it in these pictures. :P

The master bath, also in black and violet.

The main attic. It pretty much stayed the same. I recolored the walls, floors, and the easel and added pet stuff to the long room and a washer and dryer to the smaller room. Other than that, it's the same stuff. It looks like a room full of junk. (Cuz it is.)

The second attic, that doeskin' have anything at the moment and only needs to the roof, which is also empty. I might at some point add a telescope, but that would be three telescopes in one house, so I don't know.

And that's the Goth house. I'll post some more pictures soon ish (maybe) with pictures of the Goths themselves and some random pictures I took while playing them (because it is apparently impossible for me to play and NOT take pictures.)
